🐐 The Goat is the kindest sign in the Chinese zodiac, calm and gentle and quietly caring, the one who notices when someone is struggling and stays. If you were born in 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003, 2015, or 2027, this is your year. The carnation is her flower, and it could not fit her better. It's the bloom of a mother's love, of tenderness and compassion and looking after one another. Together they tell a small, warm truth, that being gentle is its own kind of strength, and no one who is lost has to stay lost for long.
🖼️ This is another original painting in my Chinese Zodiac series, twelve animals, each given its own little world. It's an one-of-a-kind watercolor and gouache painting, made by hand and finished with my red seal.
